Once there was a girl named Rylai, she was a singer in their campus and she was the most popular girl in school. She's a girl who has everything but love was missing in her life. Many boys tried to win her heart but she didn't like any of them. She was still hoping to find the right person she will truly love.


Rylai was a member of a band and once, their group performed at their school gym; she noticed a handsome guy standing in the corner. After the show, she went away and look for him but she just couldn't find him. A week passed by and all inside her thoughts was that mysterious guy. She was hoping to see him again.


She kept coming back to the place where she saw him, but there was no one. To her disappointment, she sang a sad song. Suddenly. she heard a clap. She turned around and she saw him. He began to talk and said,"That was really beautiful. Sorry to have frightened you, my name is Ronald and yours are?' 
"My name is Rylai", she replied
"Nice to meet you Rylai", he continued with a teasing smile. 
The two of them began to talk and Rylai discovered that she and Ronald are so different from each other but she was fascinated by his "difference". Rylai felt so comfortable talking to him; to the point she ask him where he lives. Ronald reluctantly answered at the "back of the stadium". She was confused because there was only an old house that looked abandoned. Maybe she was wrong, she thought...

On the dark side:


Glass heart: Linus is the next target?
Leader: Linus and the rest.
Glass Heart: Understood.


On the palace, Linus became very nervous. He also felt sad last night, that was the first time he saw Mayline cry. Once, he promised himself he will never bring a teardrop on her eyes. While thinking, he heard a scream. He saw many people dress in black. That was when he realizes it was an assassination.
Servant: Sir, we have to get out of here!


Linus ran away to the woods and he was confronted by a girl dress in black. She was hiding a sword full of blood. He knows she is one of them.
Linus: Who are you?
Girl: My name is Glass Heart.


Glass Heart attacked Linus. The two of them fought. She never imagined that Linus was skilled in fighting; she thought he was a phony. In the end, Linus could never match her skills. She was trained all her life with this kind of things.


Linus: My wife would never do this kind of things.
Glass Heart: Neither my husband (smirks)
(Glass Heart destroyed Linus sword)
Linus: Spare me... I’ll give you anything... (Thinking of Mayline and wants to apologize to her... It’s been a long time he didn’t get to hugged her and saw her carefree smile).
Glass heart: Justice is what I want!
She stabbed Linus deeply. The mission was finished. She walks away when Linus stopped her.
Linus: Wait... Please... Here my pleas... My last wish
Glass Heart: What is it? (As a warrior, she listens to his dying wish)
Linus: Here! (He shows a picture of Mayline) This is my wife. She’s very lovely as a rose. Please tell her... I’m so sorry.. I always leave her crying at home but she still waits for me. She’s very kind and faithful. I’m very lucky to have her, but she’s not lucky to have me. She deserves much better than me... (coughing some blood)... I love her so much... For many years we’ve been together, I’ve never told her that I love her... I’ll give up anything just to see that smile again... I-I-I- ... I’ll do anything to be in her arms all over again... P-lease... T-e-l-l h-e-r...


Linus eyes slowly closes and the last teardrop fall from his eyes. Glass Heart checks his pulse and it was gone... He was dead. Glass Heart took of her mask and it was revealed she was Mayline.


Mayline: (Crying) message delivered.... I love you too... It’s a shame you can’t her me... If only you keep your promise... This wouldn’t happen.

She hugged Linus corpse and cries... That night was longest night for Mayline

GLASS HEART

                Linus went straight home. He was scared to death. “Good thing I didn’t meet Glass heart”, he thought. Linus saw Mayline sleeping already but he tenderly wake her up.

Mayline:  What’s wrong?

(He suddenly hugged her and his arms were still trembling)

MaylineL: It’s okay... I’m here.. Don’t worry

Because of those words, Linus was able to sleep in Mayline’s arm.

The next day, Linus has got to go to the palace even if he hates it. He gave Mayline a kiss and went away. He gave Mayine a kiss and went away. Mayline was worried sick for him. Who knows what could happen? After what happened last night, the massacre inside the castle, who wouldn’t be nervous?

It was 11:00 in the night and Linus was still not home. Mayline was worried sick and when she heard a knock, it made her jump for joy. She was greeted by Linus with a happy face.

Mayline: When you went out this morning, you have a distorted face. Now, you greeted me with a   smile... What happened?

Linus:  I’ve been promoted

Mayline:  Promoted to what?

Linus:  My dream has come true!! I have become one of the government officials!!

Mayline: Ohhh.... (Sighing)

Linus:  I thought you’ll be happy for me...

Mayline:  I am... I am... It’s just that..

Linus:  Just what?

Mayline: The target of the assassins are mostly officials... corrupted ones... then..

Linus:  Shhh... Sweetheart... I will not become like them...

Mayline: Promise?

Linus: Promise.

Linus become stress when he started to work as an official. He always went early in the morning and came home late in the night. Many neighbour pity Mayline because she’s always alone in the house but she just waited there patiently.

One night, Linus saw an official committing a crime and the official notice Linus was watching him.

Official: You saw it, didn’t you?

Linus: (Didn’t answer)

Official: Here!

Linus: What is that?

Official: Money! Gold! Lots of them. If you keep quiet, I’ll give you this pack of gold in exchange. After all, what will you get if you turn me in? Hmmm...

Linus accepted the gold and it was his first taste of greed. Linus was influenced by the corrupted minds of the officials. He was playing dirty and does tricks to have more steal money from poor people.  Sometimes he never comes home. He sleep with other woman, leaving Mayline alone and sad.

Mayline: You promise... you promise to be never be like this! Why? Why?

Linus: Bah! We will get nothing. Look at our house, it’s big than ever. You have many maids to take care of housework. What else do you want?

Mayline: You! You’re always not around. I don’t need riches... I was already contented with our life before... Can’t you see? All I need is you.... I need you here...  Is that so hard to wish for..Why can’t you just stay?

The moonlight shines at Mayline’s face. She was crying and Linus could clearly see her face. Even of age take stroll on her face, she was still so beautiful, like the first time they met. How could he have forgotten how much he loved her? He wants to kiss her and hug her tightly but he feels he has no right to touch her. Can’t stand seeing her cry, Linus left Mayline alone...

The night grew cold. Thousands of guards are with the officials. Out of nowhere, people in black jump once above and attack. Killing many guards.

Guards: Raid! Protect our master at all cost!

They set the fireworks and frightening the horse. The light blinded them all.

"What a stupid idea", thought Glass Heart. Living the palace with less security. Glass Heart entered the palace freely. She killed every people she encountered. Nobody could stop her. She jumped from roof to roof and glide down the walls. Stealthy killing her target, there was no scream can be heard from them. It was a bloody night, 16 officials were killed in one night. All the people know it was "Glass Heart" but nobody could figure it out how she did it. Glass Heart always leave her mark to scare people who defy them.

Leader: Good job Glass Heart! Now it's time for the downfall of the government. Ha! Ha! Ha!

GLASS HEART

Linus was running very fast, he know Mayline will be mad. If his senior haven't given him so many jobs, he would be on time. This could ruin his plan. Searching from left to right, he found Mayline, waiting patiently. The cherry blossoms emphasize her beauty. He walked silently and hugged her behind. He kissed her in her left cheek.
Linus: Sorry I'm late.. You can punch me if you want to..
Mayline: It;s okay.. I understand how stressful you're job is..

Linus lying on Mayline's lap, gazed her from above.

Linus: (Touching her face) I'm so lucky to have you..
Mayline: Why is that?
Linus: (Smiling) You're just perfect.. I couldn't ask for more
Mayline: (Shyly smiles while poking his face)
Linus: Ouch!! What?!

Mayline hummed Linus a song. Suddenly a wind blow. Blowing the petals of cherry blossoms and Mayline's hair. She was so lovely to Linus.

Mayline: What are you staring at?
Linus: You're more beautiful than the cherry blossom.

(Mayline punches Linus) 

Linus: That's the second time you know. Why? Do you want to fight me?

Mayline: (smiles at him)

Linus: Uhmm... Mayline we've been together for sa many years.. I was wondering.. if you... you

Mayline: Hmmm??

Linus: Ahem... Ahem... A guy would be crazy if he would let you go.... uhm.. What I was trying to say again? Ahhh.. I'm trying to say is I-want-you-to-be-with-me-forever.. So, Mayline.. w-i-l-l y-o-u m-a-r-r-y m-e?

Mayline: (speechless) ----

Linus: (caressing Mayline's face) Anybody in there?

Mayline: Uhhh... Yes?

Linus: What was that? 

Mayline: YES!

Linus hugged Mayline tighter than ever. After a few months, they got married.

On the other side:

Leader: "Glass Heart", I want you to kill these officials. This is a very nice time. They make it too easy for us. The 2 officials are going to Guam and they will pass these mountains here. You know what to do.

Glass heart: Security will be high. I need back-up and maybe some fireworks.

Leader: What do you need them for?

Glass heart: You'll see.
